Alison Procter Miller

Clinic Owner and Advanced Skincare Practitioner
Alison has over 11 years industry experience, in both the management and the clinical side of advanced skincare and aesthetics for seven of these years she worked alongside Dr James Willis where she built her foundation in Aesthetics and Skincare. During this time they won several awards in Customer Service.
Alison is also a registered Dental Nurse, Massage Therapist and works as a band 5 Clinical Vaccinator for the NHS. Alison has carried out her advanced skincare training and is continually updating her training and skills. The industry is evolving rapidly and Alison is committed to learning and wanting to provide her clients with the best standard of care.
Alison enjoys weight training, paddle boarding, running, learning and cooking. She also has a love for alternative therapies and self development. Alison is always practicing new challenges, health and mindfulness and loves to share this passion with her clients. She became a Mother in 2022 and loves spending time outside with her family and dog Teddy.

Samuel Miller
Behind The Scenes
Sam helps Alison with the clinic finances and accounts. Being a chartered mortgage broker himself he is the number cruncher (and head barista) for the business! Sam is also Alison's husband. Sam is a keen Tennis player, ex rugby player and all round sporting fan.

Dr James Willis BDS Hons (University of Bristol)

Aesthetic Practitioner
After a career as a yacht charter agent in the Caribbean, James came to dentistry as a mature student. He qualified top of his year in 1981.
In addition, James trained in facial aesthetics in the UK and the USA and with his wife Christine ran successful clinics in the South West of the UK for many years.
Together with the expert support of practice manager Alison Procter-Miller, the Totnes clinic was twice benchmarked as one of the three top clinics in the UK and Europe for customer service and product knowledge.
James is an approved trainer of facial aesthetics and has trained and supported numerous Doctors and Dentists in the UK and the Republic of Ireland.
He has lectured extensively at Dental Schools in the Uk and abroad.
He has an empathetic ear for his clients' wishes and provides a clear and comprehensive treatment plan and after care protocol for every client.
James has been providing facial treatments for over thirty years so 'Relax, you're in Safe Hands'
